I thought I'd tell you a bit about myself. I'm a 41 year old Mom living in Western NY, USA. I'm not what most people would consider "normal", but what exactly is normal anyway.
I try not to see the world in the regular way, theres too much to it to limit it that way.
I'm into sci-fi (not the humongous monster flicks...lol), paranormal, and fantasy. I adore Twilight! I like to write short stories and role play. I love playing games like StormFall, Dragon City, and my sons xbox games. I just bought a wii, so I'm indulging my childhood Mario addiction...lol I'm online ALOT! I love to chat and hang out, but most of all I love learning new things. I'm a highly-emotional person, sometimes this can be good and others times not so much...lol
A big portion of my life has been dedicated to my Kitty Babies, I have quite a few and I love them deeply. We had a stray show up and we ended up taking her in. She had some babies, and the rest...well you can guess. They are my family. they take alot of my time, but I find the effort rewarding.
I see myself and my family on a small sustainable earth-friendly homestead, self-reliant, and living a simple life. My dream means a lot to me and is the whole reason for this blog. I look forward to sharing the dream with others. I sincerely believe that more people need to adopt a simpler, healthier lifestyle. Its not only for our planets sake, but for our own as well. Our lives are beautiful, we need to respect and cherish what we have been given.
